What is set, what is optional, and how to change your mind.
The short version
Nothing optional is set until you accept it. Analytics cookies stay off until you press “Accept analytics” in the banner, and you can change your mind at any time using Cookie settings at the foot of every page.

These need no consent because the site cannot work safely without them. They are not used to profile you or to advertise to you.
Analytics — optional, off by default
If you accept, Google Analytics sets cookies to give us aggregate statistics about which pages are read and where the form loses people. If you decline, it sets no cookies and the site works exactly the same.
We also use Ahrefs Web Analytics, which sets no cookies and stores nothing on your device, and we keep a first-party record of page views on our own servers (page, referrer, device type, a random session identifier). Neither follows you to other sites.
Advertising cookies
None. We do not run advertising or retargeting on this site.
Changing your mind
Use Cookie settings at the foot of any page. You can also block or delete cookies in your browser
— if you delete cac_consent, the banner will ask again on your next visit.
